Love it, but newer iPhones = dodgy controls

I LOVE this game, though it seems the controls will randomly become unresponsive on the newer iPhones (those with 3D Touch) —no issues on the iPhone 5, 5c and 5s ...I now use my moms old iPhone 5c as a dedicated unit for this and the other games that have similar issues on the newer phones (like infinity blade)
